Return Policies

Due to the nature of these products, they CAN NOT be returned. We do offer an EXCHANGE if the item is DOA or defective. NO EXCEPTION. Please check the item and contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. If the return item is NOT defective, we charge 25% service fee and buyer is responsible to pay for shipping the item back.

Cables are NOT covered under any warranty and sold AS IS.

Most product carry manufacture warranty that covers manufacture defect only. Manufacture warranty does NOT cover any damage cause by user (eg. use of incorrect voltage, water damage, etc). To claim manufacture warranty, we have to ship the item back to manufacture for verification.
