2. We check for broken/damage LCD front and back
3. We make a test call 611 to TMobile/Cingular
4. We unlock the phone using the usb/data/charger connector
5. We check for Camera if available
6. We ONLY sell phones that pass test 1
to 5 above
** Due to the complexity of newer/advance phone and time constraint, we do
NOT test software/Games/SMS/Bluetooth etc. We only warranty the phone based
on the Test procedures above.
