Samsung SGH-C417 includes GSM
quad-band support, Bluetooth technology, a built-in VGA camera, advanced
messaging capabilities, including 2-way short messaging, multimedia message
service and instant messaging and a speakerphone for easy, handsfree
communication. The SGH-C417 measures just over a half-inch thick and weighs only
2.86 ounces with a standard battery. The phone's always-on external display
gives users instant access to the clock, status and caller ID feature. It also
boasts a 2-inch display screen, ideal for supporting advanced multimedia
features including messaging, game downloads and viewing vivid color images
taken with the integrated camera.

3. We make a test call 611 to Cingular
4. We test the phone using the usb/data/charger connector
5. We check for Camera if available
